Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

If your item meets one of these conditions, please contact us with photo proof and your order number.

For eligible cases, we may offer:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full or partial refund

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
  • Items must not be used and must be in original condition
