We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your item is delivered.
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
If your item meets one of these conditions, please contact us with photo proof and your order number.
For eligible cases, we may offer:
- A replacement item, or
- A full or partial refund
Please note:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
- Items must not be used and must be in original condition
